I used two WoodyLights last summer on the two new Polish Brothers Films “Manure” and “Stay Cool” which were both shot on the Red Camera.  Manure stars Billy Bob Thornton and Tea Leoni and premiered January 20th, 2009 at Sundance.  Stay Cool is in post production.  Above our DP , M. David Mullen, ASC  is using one of the lights on “Manure”  as a high key light rigged on a menace arm on a set at DC Stages.  Below is a still from a scene with Mark Polish and Winona Ryder  from “Stay Cool” which was back cross keyed with two WoodyLights.  Also there’s a few stills of our day “exteriors” from “Manure” which were all shot on stage at Melody Ranch.  Check out David’s great posts about both movies which include more great stills on cinematography.com.
